Guardian Plan (for 1 child):

  • Monthly Subscription: ₹99/month
  • Quarterly Subscription: ₹299/3 months
  • Annual Subscription: ₹999/year

Additional Child Plan:

  • Monthly Subscription: ₹49/month
  • Quarterly Subscription: ₹99/3 months
  • Annual Subscription: ₹249/year

School Plan (for up to 30 children):

  • Monthly Subscription: ₹999/month
  • Quarterly Subscription: ₹2,799/3 months
  • Annual Subscription: ₹9,999/year

These plans provide access to various platform features based on the user type (guardian or teacher) and the number of children enrolled. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, digital wallets (e.g., Google Pay, Paytm), and other payment gateways like UPI.
  • Billing Cycle: For subscription plans, payments are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annually). Users can view their billing date in their account settings.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the user.

3. Free Trials and Promotions

We may offer free trials or promotional discounts. At the end of the free trial, the regular subscription price will apply unless canceled before the trial period ends. Promotional pricing will revert to regular pricing after the promotional period.

4. Refund Policy

  • Subscription Services: Refunds are generally not provided for subscription services unless required by law. Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time, but no refund will be issued for unused portions of the current billing cycle.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: If a service was not delivered or there was an error in billing, users may request a refund by contacting our support team at contact@storylane.in. Each refund request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any changes to subscription prices will be communicated to users in advance. Price changes will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle after the change is announced.

6. Cancellation and Account Termination

  • Cancelling a Subscription: Users can cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings. Access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if there is any violation of our terms and conditions, including failure to make timely payments.
